For the purpose of providing the best experience when visiting our website and providing access to the WEB Demo (SAIL LABS demo system), SAIL LABS collects personal data within the following conditions.  The user expressly agrees that he/she has read this Privacy Policy carefully, that he/she has understood its meaning and is thus perfectly informed of and expressly accepts its content.

 

2. DATA COLLECTED  

When the user creates an Account in order to use the WEB Demo, SAIL LABS asks the user to provide information such as First name, Last name, Company, Country, Email, Phone, Address, ZIP, City. This is required when the user enquires temporal access to the WEB Demo.  

In this Privacy Policy, the personal data as mentioned above are referred to as “Personal Data” or “Users Personal Data”. SAIL LABS may also collect personal data of users surfing on SAIL LABS’s website, by means of filling in contact forms, newsletter subscription and/or requesting research papers.

4.1 Google Analytics

SAIL LABS may use the user’s Personal Data to contact the user to discuss the services it has subscribed to or to send the user information concerning SAIL LABS and/or the services and/or promotional activities via newsletters, messages, calls and letters to the e-mail address, telephone number or postal address provided by the user.  By accepting this Privacy Policy, the user thus expressly accepts that SAIL LABS uses their e-mail address, telephone number or postal address provided by the user in order to contact the user for the purposes above.  Except as mentioned in this Privacy Policy, SAIL LABS does not use the user’s Personal Data for any other kind of marketing or promotional purposes.  The user’s may opt out of being contacted by SAIL LABS at any time by using the opt-out link provided in any newsletter sent to the user or by contacting SAIL LABS in this regard at the following e-mail address: newsletter@sail-labs.com .

 

6. RIGHTS OF THE USER

Users can update or correct any of the user Personal Data at any time by contacting SAIL LABS at the following e-mail address: info@sail-labs.com .  The User is entitled to request SAIL LABS to provide the user with a list of all of the user’s Personal Data stored by SAIL LABS by sending an e-mail in this regard to the following e-mail address: info@sail-labs.com . SAIL LABS undertakes to provide the user with such list within a reasonable time frame.
